Applicants must live within 60 miles of Midvale, UT, and be able to work at least 2 pre-scheduled days in the office per week.
As a Hybrid Customer Service Specialist, you will support our valued policyholders and business partners with questions, updates, and changes. You will also work hands‑on with new business applications and renewals using a cutting‑edge policy system to ensure risk eligibility and support underwriting activities, gaining real experience that matters in the workplace.

Responsibilities- Provide customer service to business partners and policyholders
- Navigate new business applications and renewals on policy system
- Collaborate with team members to assist in complex customer requests
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center Experience
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Ability to apply business rules to make sound decisions on potential property risks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven success in a fast‑paced / multi‑task work environment
