DescriptionOnsite Detail is a premium vehicle detailing and paint protection company serving clients who expect professionalism, expertise, and exceptional service.
We’re hiring a Client Experience & Operations Coordinator to be the face and voice of our company. This person will sit at reception, manage incoming calls and scheduling, and confidently guide clients toward the right detailing and protection solutions for their vehicles.
Automotive industry knowledge is strongly preferred.
Part Time /Full Time Job.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries
- Manage scheduling for multiple mobile vans and in‑shop services
- Coordinate technician calendars for maximum efficiency
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments
- Follow up on unbooked estimates
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client communication
- Assist with light administrative tasks and invoicing
You’ll also confidently explain and recommend services such as:
- Paint correction
- Ceramic coatings
- Interior restoration
- Protection packages
- Membership programs and upgrades
You’ll help clients understand the value of premium services and professionally navigate pricing conversations. We educate. We don’t hard sell.
Industry Knowledge MattersThe ideal candidate understands:
- The difference between a basic wash and a full professional detail
- What paint correction involves and why it matters
- Why ceramic coatings require proper preparation
- How protection services preserve vehicle value
- The expectations of high‑end vehicle owners
You don’t need to be a technician, but you must be comfortable speaking confidently about automotive services.
Experience in detailing, dealership service writing, automotive service advising, or similar environments is a strong advantage.
