Product and Peptide Fulfillment and Customer Service Specialist

East West Health is seeking a Product and Peptide Fulfillment and Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that orders for medical provider's peptide and other prescriptions are shipped and arrive in a timely manner, as well as ensuring that supplement orders are inventoried and sent to clients on time. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, a high level of customer service, and the ability to speak to high-end customers professionally.

• Process and fulfill orders for peptide and hormone prescriptions in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage inventory levels for supplements and ensure orders are sent to clients on time
• Provide high-level customer service to clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
• Communicate with medical providers and clients to ensure accuracy of orders and resolve any issues that arise
• Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory levels
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that orders are fulfilled according to customer requirements
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product fulfillment and customer service
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to speak to high-end customers professionally
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience within inventory management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
