We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst as part of our Corporate Finance division. Corporate Finance is undergoing rapid growth, and we are focused on creating a relevant program that will enable our organization’s long-term success. The Financial Analyst will any number of the following:

• Create, interpret, and analyze financial statements, models, and other financial data to support decision making.
• Conduct analysis in areas such as:
  • Department performance
  • Profitability and product/loan performance
  • Cost analysis
  • Pricing and valuation
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • KPI reporting and ad-hoc analytics
• Evaluate business transactions, planning cycle activities, and financial outcomes with clear, concise analysis.

• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on financial metrics that drive incentive compensation plans.
• Analyze plan performance, model payout impacts, ensure compliance with policies, and provide insights to leadership.
• Partner with business units to support design, implementation, and administration of incentive programs for large employee populations.

• Work closely with leaders across finance, business lines, business intelligence, and affiliates.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships to ensure alignment between financial strategies and business objectives.

• Drive business process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
• Identify data issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred for senior candidates).
• 2–4+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, analytics, or incentive…
