The ideal candidate is both a strong financial analyst and a collaborative partner—comfortable working across teams, cultures, and functions while delivering clear financial insight that supports strategic decision‑making. This person needs to be fully fluent (written and speaking) at a professional level in both English and Portuguese.

Your Key Contributions in This Role Will Be Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Monitor financial performance against plan and identify key drivers of variance.
Brazil Finance Partnership
  • Serve as a primary finance liaison between U.S. leadership and our Brazil entity, helping ensure alignment across financial planning, reporting, and operational priorities.
  • Support communication and coordination between teams to ensure financial data, assumptions, and insights are clearly understood across regions.
  • Provide analysis and guidance related to Brazil operations, including performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Help ensure that financial planning processes and reporting standards remain consistent across international operations.
Analysis, Modeling & Business Insights
  • Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business leaders.
  • Analyze financial results, key performance indicators, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to evaluate pricing changes, operational investments, and strategic initiatives.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with leaders across sales, operations, services, marketing, and other business units to support planning and decision‑making.
  • Work closely with accounting and finance reporting teams to ensure alignment between planning, reporting, and actual financial performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by translating financial results into actionable insights.
Process & Systems Improvement
  • Improve financial planning processes, reporting workflows, and analytical tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop standardized templates and documentation that strengthen the company’s FP&A capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data integration, automation, and financial visibility across the organization.
Executive‑Level Communication
  • Prepare and present financial insights, forecasts, and performance updates to finance leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Deliver clear and concise analysis that highlights business drivers and supports strategic decisions.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • 6–10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or strategic finance.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with business leaders and operational teams.
  • Fluency in Portuguese required, including the ability to speak, read, and write professionally in order to effectively communicate with and support the Brazil‑based team and stakeholders.
