• Support the 6 affiliated banks by servicing the commercial and consumer loan portfolios.
• Review and process the original executed loan documents.
• Aid partners regarding inquiries related to the original documents processed and filed and participate in projects and audits as needed.

• Working knowledge of banking and lending processes, especially relating to loan documentation and account maintenance.
• Enjoy collaborating with creative, top‑performing teams, and using interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Use prioritization and time‑management skills to complete work and meet deadlines.
• Take pleasure in continuously learning and growing.
• Attention to detail to deliver top quality work.
• Ability to solve problems by researching and analyzing information.
• Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment that quickly changes and provides challenges.
• Comfortable using various Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) or similar software.
• Customer service skills create quality experiences for those you serve.

• Previous banking, loan processing, documentation, servicing or other directly related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.

This position is fully in‑office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, Utah.
