A DAY IN THE LIFE of A TITLES OFFICERAs a Titles Officer you are responsible for performing title processing functions in accordance with specific state regulations. Places liens on titles used as collateral for loans. You will send out‑of‑state titles to corresponding state offices for processing with Credit Union liens. You will also answer questions from both members and Credit Union personnel regarding title processing and regulations. You will complete related reports and paperwork and maintain and update files and other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Assumes responsibility for the effective and timely performance of title suspense and support functions.
- Assumes responsibility for maintaining professional working relations with members and business contacts.
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with Credit Union personnel and management.
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
- High school graduate or
- General understanding of Credit Union loan and title processes.
- Knowledge of specific state title processing requirements and related computer applications.
- One to two years of related office experience.

- Able to use PC, Internet, Imaging System, 10-key, telephone, and other basic business
