Loan Closer-CLF Closing

We are seeking a Loan Closer to assist in completing due diligence for loan closing across various loan types.

• Review loan approvals for closing conditions, regulatory compliance, lending authority, and lien perfection requirements.
• Establish conditions for closing.
• Perform all loan closing tasks and liaise with sales, portfolio management, underwriting, document preparation, third‑party vendors, and bank customers.
• Communicate effectively with all parties, ensuring timely request of loan documentation while meeting underwriting, bank policy, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 4+ years of loan closing, documentation, processing, or related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of loan closing processes and procedures, lending compliance and regulations, loan systems, and loan documentation.
• Accuracy, detail‑oriented, and ability to multi‑task.
• Strong problem resolution, audit, customer service (including direct customer contact), and communication skills—verbal and written.
• Solid working knowledge of loan principles and loan systems.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
• High School diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

This position is fully in office (5 days a week) and located in:

• Chandler, AZ
• Irvine, CA
• Las Vegas, NV
• Houston, TX
• Midvale, UT

* Eligible for a base salary in the range of $23.36 - $40.19 hourly depending on experience and location.
