SBA Lending Support Manager - In Office

We are currently accepting resumes/applications for the SBA Lending Support Manager. This position is in-office within Zions Bancorporation’s footprint (UT, , CA, TX, AZ, NV, CO, WA, OR).

• Provide closing support to lenders and affiliated partners by coordinating, documenting, and facilitating the successful closing of complex SBA loans.
• Ensure full compliance with Bank policies, SBA requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Resolve closing-related issues and escalations, while proactively communicating with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clarity and timely execution.
• Prepare and deliver final closing packages in a timely and accurate manner, while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Requires a college degree and 2+ years of experience in loan operations, credit analysis and SBA loan closing, or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Requires considerable working knowledge of SBA lending operations, processing, documentation, credit analysis, loan processes and procedures including 504 loans, laws and regulations.
• Requires working knowledge of related fields including banking, lending, and credit administration.
• Strong analysis and problem resolution skills.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $60,000 - $94,500 depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
