Job Details
Job Location: 7036 Union Park Ave, Midvale, UT 84047
Salary Range: $14.50 - $16.00 Hourly (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Hourly + Sales Bonuses
Work Location: In person
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
- Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes, and rebook guests to meet sales goals
- Educate guests on our exclusive product line
- Manage front desk operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance
- Strong sales and guest service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
