Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist (PSR)
We are looking for a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist (PSR) to join our growing Substance Use Disorder IOP and OP program in Utah. At One Love, we believe recovery happens through connection, consistency, accountability, and community. We live by a Hawaiian word: hānai, to take in, to raise as your own. That is how we approach the people we serve, and it is how we approach each other.
We work like a village.
Recovery is about more than stopping substance use. It is also about rebuilding the skills, routines, relationships, and confidence needed to move forward in everyday life. As a PSR Specialist with One Love, you will work directly with adults participating in our SUD IOP and OP programs to help them develop and strengthen practical skills that support recovery and greater independence.
The goal isn't to do things for the people we serve. The goal is to help them build the skills and confidence to do more for themselves.
To provide Psychosocial Rehabilitative Services in Utah, candidates must meet an approved Utah Medicaid provider qualification pathway. This may include: a Utah Licensed Social Service Worker (SSW), an individual with a qualifying bachelor's degree who is actively working toward Utah SSW licensure, a qualified Utah Substance Use Disorder Counselor with an applicable Utah credential, or an appropriately trained individual who completes required Utah Medicaid PRS training and works under qualified supervision.
We hold ourselves accountable to our Big C's:
Clients, Compliance, and Community Partners. If you want to help people develop the skills and confidence necessary to build a life in recovery, we would love to meet you. Come be part of the village. Come be part of One Love.
