If you enjoy mentoring engineers, owning outcomes, and keeping infrastructure rock‑solid while the business scales, this role is for you.
- Act as both technical leader and people manager for infrastructure, systems, network, and desktop teams
- Mentor engineers through architecture decisions, troubleshooting, and best practices
- Step in hands‑on during escalations, incidents, and high‑impact projects
- Design, implement, and operate on‑prem and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ensure high availability, performance, disaster recovery, and business continuity
- Own monitoring, patching, upgrades, and infrastructure lifecycle management
- Lead backup, recovery, and DR testing efforts
- Architect and optimize hybrid and multi‑cloud environments
- Drive cloud cost optimization and operational efficiency
- Own virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V) and container technologies where applicable
- Partner with Security to ensure infrastructure meets security and compliance standards
- Implement access controls, vulnerability management, logging, and incident response support
- Build resilient systems with clear runbooks and operational discipline
- Manage workloads, priorities, and on‑call rotations
- Lead vendors, MSPs, and service providers; own contracts, renewals, and SLAs
- Collaborate closely with Application, Finance, and Business teams
- Define and execute infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business growth
- Own capacity planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Evaluate and introduce new tools, platforms, and automation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years in IT infrastructure with 3+ years leading teams
- Deep hands‑on experience with:
- Windows and/or Linux
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP

- Strong IaC and automation mindset (Terraform, Ansible, Power Shell)
- Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or other mission‑critical platforms
- You own outcomes, not just roadmaps
- You stay technically sharp while leading people
- You help shape how infrastructure supports the business—not just how it runs
