Salesforce UX Product Designer
Duration: 6-12 months

We’re seeking a Salesforce UX/Product Designer to join an established UX team supporting a large‑scale Salesforce Lightning migration for a healthcare staffing platform. You will design intuitive solutions within Salesforce Lightning, partnering with product managers and engineers to solve complex workflow challenges.
Responsibilities- Design solutions within Salesforce Lightning, leveraging native patterns and components
- Partner with UX research to understand customer journeys and map workflows
- Create holistic experiences, including information architecture and interaction design
- Communicate design rationale and balance user needs with Salesforce capabilities
- 5 years product/UX design experience with Salesforce products
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning design patterns and components
- Experience designing complex B2B/enterprise workflows and CRM systems
- Proficiency in Figma and Agile environment experience
- Full‑time availability (40 hours/week)
- Deep Salesforce knowledge (Experience Cloud, Flow, Service/Sales Cloud)
- Design system contribution experience
- Healthcare or staffing industry familiarity
- Portfolio review and agency screening
- Two brief interviews with UX leadership and partners
- Open to 1‑2 week paid trial period for final candidates
