you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes, businesses, air b and b rentals, apartments, etc. You will be traveling to customers' properties and providing various cleaning services.

• effectively use provided equipment -- including vacuums and cleaning solutions -- to clean customer homes, offices, warehouses, and other facilities
• be able to clean all surfaces in the home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floor
• ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms
• vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture
• move all reasonably movable furniture to clean under and behind
• carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers’ homes
• assist in keeping supplies stocked and equipment in good working order
• contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time

• minimum 6 months residential maid service/housekeeping/janitorial/hospitality cleaning experience preferred
• valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites
• ability to read and follow cleaning instructions
• ability to learn and use technology associated with applications used to clock in and follow job instructions
• ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
• strong communication and customer service skills
• ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
• ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions
• ability to go up and down on a ladder from time to time
• must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, etc.

what we do: our company professionally cleans residential and commercial properties repeatedly, one-time cleanings such as move-in and move-outs, post-construction cleaning, deep cleaning projects, office cleaning, and specialized organizational projects. We also work with several air bnb owners to clean their units between guests. We help so many people who either cannot physically do the cleaning they have done in the past, do not have the time to keep up, or just prefer spending time on something else.
