we are looking for a professional, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes, businesses, air b and b rentals, apartments, etc. You will be traveling to customers' properties and providing various cleaning services.

responsibilities:

• effectively use provided equipment -- including vacuums and cleaning solutions -- to clean customer homes, offices, warehouses, and other facilities
• be able to clean all surfaces in the home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floor
• ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms
• vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture
• move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind
• carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers’ homes
• assist in keeping supplies stocked and equipment in good working order
• contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time

qualifications:

• minimum 6 months residential maid service/housekeeping/janitorial/hospitality cleaning experience preferred
• valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites
• ability to read and follow cleaning instructions
• ability to learn and use technology associated with applications used to clock in and follow job instructions
• ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
• strong communication and customer service skills
• ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
• ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions
• ability to go up and down on a ladder from time to time
• must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, etc.
