This role is ideal for someone with direct leadership experience in the employee benefits brokerage industry who is ready to take the next step in their career.
In this role, you'll guide and mentor your team to deliver seamless client service while driving business growth. You'll oversee the renewal process, ensuring retention targets are met and tailored coverage solutions are delivered. By fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams, you'll champion Gallagher's resources to maximize efficiency and service value. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a team of professionals, including hiring, onboarding, and career pathing.
- Monitoring compliance metrics, dashboards, and tools like PowerBI to ensure team performance.
- Supporting consultants in winning new business by participating in prospect meetings and showcasing Gallagher's value proposition.
- Identifying opportunities for additional services through cross-solving with clients.
- Promoting ethical standards and upholding The Gallagher Way in all interactions.
About You:
Leadership experience in the employee benefits brokerage industry, ideally managing larger accounts or self-funded businesses. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in client coordination or claims management. A Life and Health Insurance License. Proficiency in tools like PowerBI and compliance monitoring systems. Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and meet deadlines. A proactive approach to mentoring and developing team members. Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time to support business needs.
Required:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience

- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred:
Prior experience designing and implementing productivity and client service improvements, Experience leading and managing teams (preferably within a matrix environment) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment, Keen understanding of professional and industry standards/practices.
Compensation and benefits:
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
