Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in contact center related technologies and experience in Genesys Cloud IVR Development using Architect tool.
• IVR Design & Call Flow development including secure flow & bots.
• Experience in working on different contact center technologies such as IVR, AI & Bots, Routing, CTI, Agent Desktop, Dialers, Live Chat, WFM, Omnichannel configurations, and Genesys AI services implementations (e.g., IVA, Agentic AI).
• Migration to Genesys cloud contact center.
• Genesys APIs and integration with third‑party solutions and CRMs.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working across different Genesys suite of products (Pure Engage, Pure Cloud, Cloud CX).
• Knowledge of other contact centers such as Amazon Connect, Avaya, Cisco is an added advantage.

• Migrate contact centers to Genesys Cloud CX and be hands‑on with Genesys Cloud enablement, configuration, and support.
• Design and construct call flows.
• Design and deliver IVR and bots using Genesys Dialog Engine and third‑party bot platforms such as Google Dialogflow and Amazon Lex.
• Work with adjunct solutions like WFM, Dialers, Recording, etc.
• Interface with required teams, OEMs, and vendors to achieve desirable goals.
