Alpine Technical Services, LLC (ATS) is an Original Equipment Manufacturer –(OEM) of specialty water treatment and safety equipment. We are the leading provider of premier tank-fed and overhead safety showers with the largest mobile rental fleet in the country. We are looking for two highly motivated, full-time Assembly and Production Technicians to join our small warehouse/shop team in Midvale, Utah. You will assemble and sub-assemble metal and wiring components (no electrical work involved) that go into our safety equipment, using your hands and mechanical know-how to build accurate, quality parts.

What You Will Do:
- Assemble and sub-assemble metal and wiring components according to work orders, drawings, and build instructions.
- Use hand tools and small power tools to fit, fasten, and finish parts.
- Read and follow basic assembly instructions.
- Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, fit, and quality before they move to the next stage.
- Pull parts and materials needed for each build and keep accurate counts of parts produced.
- Keep your workstation organized and maintain a clean, safe shop and warehouse environment.
- Communicate with teammates and your supervisor about production progress and any issues.
Follow all shop safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications Requirements- Mechanically minded with strong hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable working with your hands on small metal and wiring components
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow basic instructions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently and as part of a small team - Ability to stand, bend, and use hand tools for extended periods
- No electrical experience necessary — this role involves no live electrical work
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior assembly, production, or mechanical experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn hands-on assembly techniques
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Pay: $23–$25/hour, depending on experience
