Kitting Associate
Schedule & Pay
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Pay Rate: $16 per hour
Job Overview The Kitting Associate assembles, packages, and prepares product kits according to client specifications in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to follow instructions to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
Assemble, label, and package product kits and promotional bundles
Pick, sort, and stage materials for kitting orders
Verify quantities, part numbers, and expiration dates
Perform basic quality checks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
Warehouse, kitting, or assembly experience preferred (not required)
Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
