We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in our granite fabrication and installation shop. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on fabrication knowledge, and the ability to manage workflow efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate shop staff and daily production
Oversee granite fabrication processes from templating to finishing
Manage scheduling for fabrication and installation crews
Ensure quality control and safety standards are met
Maintain equipment and shop organization
Communicate with customers and team members to ensure project success
QualificationsPrevious experience in granite or stone fabrication preferred
Saw operation experience preferred
Fabrication and installation experience a strong plus
Leadership or management experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
