What you'll do:- Be the friendly, reliable face answering call lights and supporting residents' daily needs
- Assist with daily living activities: mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and more
- Support residents with dignity and respect by monitoring comfort, preferences, and dietary needs
- Document intake/output as needed and promptly report condition changes to nursing staff
- Build lasting relationships with residents and their families
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
- Up to $500 per month in nursing school tuition reimbursement
- Current CNA certification
- Compassionate communication with coworkers and residents
- A willingness to learn and follow state, local, and federal long-term care guidelines
