• Be the friendly, reliable face answering call lights and supporting residents’ daily needs
• Assist with daily living activities: mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and more
• Support residents with dignity and respect by monitoring comfort, preferences, and dietary needs
• Document intake/output as needed and promptly report condition changes to nursing staff

This is a part‑time position, and we are hiring for the Day Shift – 6 AM to 6 PM.

• Hourly range of $16‑22
• CNAs can participate in our Nursing Tuition Reimbursement and receive $500/month applied towards a nursing program.

• On‑the‑job training will be provided to all CNAs. The training period is tailored to each individual, depending on comfort level and experience.

• Current CNA certification
• Effective communication with coworkers and residents
• Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long‑term care

• Answer residents’ call lights to determine needs
• Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed
• Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising
• Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet
• Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and develop relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable
