What you’ll do:- Be the friendly, reliable face answering call lights and supporting residents’ daily needs
- Assist with daily living activities: mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and more
- Support residents with dignity and respect by monitoring comfort, preferences, and dietary needs
- Document intake/output as needed and promptly report condition changes to nursing staff
- Build lasting relationships with residents and their families

HoursThis is a part‑time position, and we are hiring for the Day Shift – 6 AM to 6 PM.
Wages and Benefits- Hourly range of $16‑22
- CNAs can participate in our Nursing Tuition Reimbursement and receive $500/month applied towards a nursing program.
- On‑the‑job training will be provided to all CNAs. The training period is tailored to each individual, depending on comfort level and experience.
- Current CNA certification
- Effective communication with coworkers and residents
- Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long‑term care
- Answer residents’ call lights to determine needs
- Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed
- Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising
- Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet
- Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary
- Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and develop relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable
