Costa Vida is looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to be an influential leader within the restaurant industry and make a positive impact on the lives of team members, guests, and the community you serve.

• Achieve goals and unlock bonus potential through financial planning, P&L management, and strategic budgeting.
• Build relationships with support center staff who are available to help you succeed.
• Boost productivity through effective scheduling and labor planning.
• Increase sales through local networking and marketing plans.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to improve store operations.
• Optimize profitability through careful monitoring and organizing of food inventory.
• Grow the team through thoughtful recruiting and onboarding.
• Create a positive and energetic environment for team members and the guest dining experience.
• Ensure team members have clear and effective training plans with opportunities for advancement.
• Champion team members’ respect and take the lead on upholding brand standards.

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of previous restaurant management experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license accompanied by a safe driving record and proof of insurance.
• Accessible 24 hours/day, 7 days a week to assist with any of the restaurant’s needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and confident in using computers to review and update employee data.
• Spanish speaking is a plus!
