Server, Server​/Wait Staff

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced nightclub environment. MUST be at least 21 years of age. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that patrons have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.

Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system and ensure timely delivery to tables.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests’ needs and inquiries promptly.

Prepare and serve food items as needed, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Process payments using cash registers or POS systems efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.

Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.

Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications Previous experience in a server role or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.

Familiarity with POS systems, Open Table, or similar reservation software is a plus.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
