You will be considered for progression within the team, with opportunities from delivery roles to management positions. The role described emphasizes leadership potential, responsibility for shift operations, and applying judgment and multitasking across tasks.

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Lead by example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time; expect the same from your crew.
• Other responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, scheduling, maintaining store image and standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

• General job duties for all store team members: operate equipment; stock ingredients from delivery to storage; prepare product; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete paperwork; clean equipment and facility daily.
• Training: orientation and on-the-job training.
• Communication: ability to understand and convey written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders.

  Skills:
  
  basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide); ability to make correct monetary change; verbal, written, and telephone communication; good eye-hand coordination; ability to enter orders using computer or touch screen.

• Work conditions include exposure to varying weather, in-store temperatures from 36 to 90+ degrees, occasional sudden temperature changes, odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces up to 500 degrees, sharp edges and moving parts.
• Sensing: talking and hearing on the telephone; vision requirements; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
• Temperament: ability to lead activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, handle stress, meet quality standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make decisions.
• Physical requirements:
  
  standing for long periods, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds with deliveries, climbing stairs, reaching, and other manual tasks as described; driving and delivering product is part of the role in certain duties.

• Delivery duties include delivering product by car to customer doors, delivering flyers and door hangers, and maintaining safe driving practices.
• Requires valid driver's license with a clean driving record and access to an insured vehicle.
