Auto Zone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. The Manager in Training (MIT) is a transitional role designed to prepare you for promotion into Retail Store Management, with hands-on assignments and structured learning over 8–12 weeks.
Throughout the program you’ll develop leadership skills, master communication, and learn to analyze monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
