Business Development and Fintech Sales

Overview

North Capital is a financial services and technology company operating at the intersection of broker dealer services, custody, escrow, and private market infrastructure. We work with some of the most innovative real estate sponsors, alternative asset managers, and fintech platforms in the country.

We are hiring a Business Development Associate who wants to build a serious career in fintech and financial services by learning the business from the ground up and driving outbound sales. This is not a passive, wait for inbound leads role. This is for someone who is hungry, curious, coachable, and excited to do the work required to learn our products deeply, generate opportunities, and grow into a high performing sales professional.

This role requires building strong relationships with customers and striving to solve problems through our comprehensive product solution. • Generate outbound leads through research, outreach, and consistent follow up
• Support the full sales cycle from prospecting to demo to close
• Learn our products deeply so you can clearly articulate how we solve real problems for issuers, sponsors, and platforms
• Build long-lasting relationships with customers by delivering great service and value
• Communicate our value proposition via phone, email, and video calls
• Track opportunities and manage pipeline activity with high attention to detail
• Follow up consistently with prospects and clients across all stages of the relationship
• Support the business development team on critical initiatives and special projects
• Research industry and technical topics to continuously improve how we position our solutions
• Contribute ideas to help us reach new customer segments and channels

• 1-2 years tech sales experience preferred or 2-4 years of customer relationship management experience
• Experience in technology or finance is a plus
• Demonstrated track record of hitting targets and exceeding expectations
• Ability to oversee a specific business channel and product
• Ability to coordinate, manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Reliable self-starter with a strong work ethic and eager to learn new skills
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required within first 120 days of employment

This position is based in Midvale, Utah. Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis is required.
