ResponsibilitiesAs an Inside Sales Representative in the Comp Health Allied Division, you will reach out to healthcare providers, understand their career goals, and match them with facilities that need their services. You will build a network of interested providers, develop business through multiple channels, negotiate contracts to enhance gross margins, and ultimately help improve healthcare delivery.
Qualifications- At least one year of sales experience selling products or services.
- Intrinsic motivation and perseverance in tough markets.
- Passion for sales with a “roll up your sleeves and get the job done” mentality.
- Ability to persuade and influence clients through a consultative sales approach.
- Experience developing prospective business through numerous channels.
- Skill in negotiating contracts that strengthen gross margin.
The pay range is $60,000–$250,000 annually, with variation based on location, experience, and job‑related factors. Compensation is structured as total target compensation (base + commission + bonus), with commission plans and bonuses for sales positions. Non‑sales positions receive base salary and short‑term incentives on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
