Salary: $22 per hour plus 10% monthly bonus. Requires personal vehicle, insurance, and MVR check.

2020 Companies is hiring Territory Managers for a client in the financial sector. The role is field‑based and focuses on brand advocacy and merchant visits.

• Meet and welcome new merchants accepting the client’s credit services.
• Travel within the assigned territory, visiting up to 35 retailers per day.
• Spend approximately 50% of the 8‑hour day in stores.
• Demonstrate the value of the client’s line of credit services to merchants.
• Address objections and attempt to place point‑of‑purchase signage.
• Record and report competitive products, promotions, and merchandising.
• Assist with launch‑related activities and venue visits for major events.
• Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‐solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Reliable transportation within the territory.

• Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals.
• Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
• Visit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis.
• Schedule store visits at least two weeks in advance.
• Execute assigned activities in each location during visits.
• Demonstrate ability to build and influence merchant relationships.
• Maintain documentation for each visit and submit feedback in a timely manner.
