Location: Midvale, UT (Must live within 60 miles)
Compensation: $22/hour + Uncapped Commission
Start Date: June 29, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM MST
Occasionally, one day per week may be extended until 7:00 PM.
Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote)
Training: 6–8 Weeks Paid Training (100% Onsite in Midvale)
Licensing: Company-Paid Property & Casualty License
Calls: Inbound Calls Only – No Cold Calling
Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls from prospective customers interested in insurance products
- Educate customers on coverage options and policy features
- Recommend solutions that best fit customer needs
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals in a performance‑driven environment
- Accurately document customer interactions in company systems
- Complete licensing and compliance training requirements
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, retail sales, banking, collections, or a call center environment
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and coachable
- Ability to attend 6–8 weeks of full‑time onsite training in Midvale, UT
- Must live within 60 miles of Midvale and be able to work onsite three days per week after training
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (company paid)
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Company‑paid Property & Casualty licensing
