We are looking for outgoing, energetic, positive sales people to accurately represent our brand and provide exceptional customer service at Palm Beach Tan. This full‑time associate position offers a competitive hourly rate with unlimited commission and a range of benefits.

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Ensure customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash, open/close business, and manage daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in a retail or customer‑service environment
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
