Pay: $22 per hour plus 10% monthly bonus opportunity
This position requires a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a successful Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening. The role is field‑based, involving regular visits to local retailers to ensure they understand how to maximize the value of the program.
Responsibilities- Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship‑focused manner.
- Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
- Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
- Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in store.
- Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
- Schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance.
- Execute assigned activities in each location during all visits.
Field‑based position with daily travel within your assigned territory, 22‑35 retail visits per day depending on geography and scheduling. Includes in‑store engagement, driving, and administrative follow‑up. Independent work style supported by leadership and training teams.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
- Knowledge of products and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs at a time.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
- Reliable transportation within assigned territory.
- Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals.
- Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
- Visit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis.
- Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance.
- Effectively execute assigned activities during visits.
- Demonstrate ability to establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness and POP placement.
- Record and maintain accurate documentation for each visit.
