Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by following site-specific policies, monitoring for security-related concerns, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to Allied Universal procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, exits, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter zones, to help deter unwanted activity;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee movement, and document unusual activity, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations for follow-up;
Support a welcoming environment by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and helping address security-related issues in high-traffic guest areas
