Bighorn Roofing LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable Residential & Commercial Roofing Technician to join our growing team. This full-time, field-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems on the spot, and delivering exceptional service to both residential and commercial clients. As a Roofing Service Technician, you’ll handle repairs, maintenance, and minor installs—serving as the go-to expert on the ground for keeping our customers’ roofs in peak condition.

• Perform roof repairs, leak diagnostics, and general maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
• Assess roof conditions and determine appropriate solutions.
• Provide on-site customer service and communicate findings with clarity and professionalism.
• Accurately document work performed and materials used.
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Operate company-provided vehicles and tools with care and responsibility.
• Collaborate with field supervisors and office staff to ensure job efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or skilled trades, ideally roofing.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in the field.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Full-Time — Monday through Friday

Field-based role within the greater Midvale, UT area. Daily travel to job sites is expected; company vehicle provided.
