Journeyman Electrician; Crew Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team as a Crew Lead. In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish — running residential remodels and new builds, coordinating with our Project Manager, and leading 1–2 apprentices on-site. You’ll ensure jobs are done right, on time, and up to code, while maintaining strong communication with clients and team members.

As a Crew Lead Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for leading a small team of electricians doing residential remodel projects and occasional commercial work. Most of our projects are a few weeks at a time, and you will have the opportunity to work on many different types of projects.

• Lead a small crew on residential and light commercial projects.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems.
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
• Work closely with our Project Manager to ensure projects are completed properly, on time and on budget.
• Must be familiar with updated codes.
• Verify compliance and functionality of installations.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Ensure that safety is paramount on all job sites.
• Maintain high degree of professionalism in conduct and appearance.
• High-quality communication with customers.

Journeyman Electrician Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience as an electrician.
• Utah Journeyman Electrician or Master License.
• Driver’s license and a clean driving record. Background and reference checks required.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
