- Position offered is for an experienced landscape laborer with a minimum of three (3) months job-related experience who is able to work with and model company landscaping methods and procedures with up to 3 peers, with duties to include mowing, weed trimming, and raking or clean-up of leaves with blowers;
- installation, pruning, and trimming of plants, trees, and shrubs from on the ground (not off the ground) using pole saws, chippers, and loppers;
- Placing and tilling dirt, mulch, compost, and sod.
- General landscape labor using landscape equipment for landscape installation and maintenance.
- Loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Lifting required up to 50 pounds.
- Work performed on local area jobsites with employer provided transportation to and from jobsites from a centralized pickup location in the specified area of employment.
Three (3) months experience required. On-the-job training provided. No education required.
Compensation – $21.03 - $23.00/hr wage range based on experience and performance. $31.55 - $34.50/hr o.T. Employer will offer 40 hours of work with a 1/2 hr. lunch each workday, 8:00 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m., M-F, Some Q.T. and weekends may be available, but are not guaranteed.

Jobsites located inSalt Lake, Utah, Tooele, Wasatch, Weber, and Davis Counties. Transportation is provided to and from area worksites at employer's expense from a centralized pick-up location in the specified area of employment.
The employer will use a single workweek for computing wages due. Pay will be bi-weekly.
Benefits and DeductionsAssistance securing lodging is not available. No employer provided lodging is available.

The employer will make all deductions required by law from each paycheck.
Additional deductions include: NONE
If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer.
The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed by check for visa and related fees in the first workweek.
The employer will provide, without charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job duties.
The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
This job is in connection with a future H-2B Foreign Labor Certification application.
