We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Handyman/Finish Carpenter to play a crucial role in the final stages of our restoration projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and exceeding client expectations.

Perform a wide range of handyman tasks, including but not limited to drywall repair and patching, painting.

Execute high-quality finish carpentry work, such as installing trim, baseboards, crown molding, doors, cabinets, and other detailed woodworking elements.

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, adhering to industry best practices and safety regulations.

Collaborate effectively with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless project completion.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns professionally.

Operate and maintain company tools and equipment responsibly.

Proven experience as a handyman with strong finish carpentry skills.

Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.

Solid understanding of construction principles and techniques.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
