Concrete Finisher & Excavation Crew Member

Qualifications

• Concrete finishing experience
• Form setting experience
• Excavation experience preferred
• Stamped and stained concrete experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well with a team

• Set and strip concrete forms for sidewalks, driveways, patios, and repair work
• Place, grade, and finish concrete surfaces
• Perform broom, smooth, stamped, and decorative concrete finishes
• Assist with excavation for water, sewer, and utility repairs
• Operate hand tools, power tools, compactors, and other construction equipment
• Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites
• Assist with site preparation, grading, and cleanup
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Work alongside plumbers, excavation crews, and other team members to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

• Experience with concrete finishing and form setting
• Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, and compact equipment
• Knowledge of stamped and decorative concrete techniques
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
