Responsibilities
- Set forms for concrete pours
- Finish concrete including broom, smooth, stamped, and decorative finishes
- Perform concrete staining and sealing (experience preferred)
- Assist with excavation projects using hand tools and equipment
- Grade, prep, and compact job sites
- Install underground utilities, drainage systems, and site improvements
- Safely operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and power tools (experience preferred)
- Work alongside a team to complete residential and commercial projects efficiently
- Experience in concrete finishing required
- Excavation experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Punctual, dependable, and safety-minded
MUST have a clean valid drivers license
