Responsibilities:

Support, maintain, and enhance Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platforms.
Perform application development, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, incident resolution, and source code management.
Develop, test, and deploy software solutions in an Agile environment.
Analyze business and technical requirements and implement application enhancements.
Manage version control artifacts and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders, Business Analysts, and development teams.
Participate in on-call support rotations as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
6+ years of software/application development experience.
Strong experience with Ping Identity and/or Forge Rock CIAM platforms.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Linux, SQL, Networking, Web Services/APIs, and Secure SDLC practices.
Experience with Tomcat, containers, cloud platforms, SAML, SSO, OAuth, and OIDC.
Knowledge of Bash scripting and YAML is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within Agile teams.
