The Over the Road Mentor position offers an excellent opportunity to travel while earning competitive pay with C.R. England.
Over the Road Mentors teach apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in accordance to the state and local laws and per C.R. England policies. Mentors get paid for all the miles the truck moves and make extra with Mentor Bonuses and Cash Incentives.

Weekly and yearly pay estimates are based on 1+ years of experience.

• Teach apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in compliance with state and local laws.
• Deliver to the 48 lower states.
• Handle no-touch freight, primarily refrigerated goods with some dry freight.
• Operate top-of-the-line, sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions and 53-ft dry van trailers.

• Valid CDL-A
• 25 years of age or older
• 6+ months of recent CDL-A driving experience
• Valid Class A CDL
