What Is NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS)?

We manage parts so businesses don’t have to! The NAPA IBS program partners with companies needing on-site assistance to run efficient parts departments—think of it as a "store inside a store". Our partners include airline maintenance stations, government vehicle services, utility companies, construction firms, and car dealerships. NAPA provides parts management, supply chain expertise, and excellent customer service to improve our clients’ efficiency and bottom line.

What You Will Be Doing

• Delivering parts to customers and building relationships with them
• Picking up parts from vendors, maintaining accurate stock and inventory
• Focusing on safety during driving and delivery
• Representing the NAPA brand during customer interactions
• Maintaining the delivery truck's safety, cleanliness, and basic maintenance

What You’ll Need

• Ability to bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs
• Handle cash transactions correctly and process returns properly
• Keep accurate delivery and pickup logs
• Protect company assets and maintain safety standards
• Good communication and listening skills
• Ability to navigate using maps and directions
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver’s License
