We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to assist our warehouse management team—including the Shipping Manager, Receiving Manager, and Warehouse Manager—in all areas of warehouse operations. This role will support shipping, receiving, organization, and general warehouse tasks to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate workflow.

• Pick, stage, and load orders for shipment
• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments
• Track shipments and update records accurately
• Stock and organize materials safely
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer concerns
• Maintain clean and organized shipping and receiving areas
• Assist drivers with deliveries as needed
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and represent the company professionally

• Experience with warehouse operations preferred
• Basic computer skills for data entry
• Material Handling Equipment certification a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support a team
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
