A well-established professional services firm is seeking a dependable Administrative Office Support professional to assist during a busy seasonal period. This role is primarily administrative and client-facing, supporting daily office operations.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and route incoming phone calls
Greet clients and assist with document intake
Scan and organize confidential documents
Schedule appointments
Assemble completed client files
Make outbound follow-up calls as needed
Provide general administrative support to office staff
Prior administrative or front office experience required
Experience in a professional services, financial, or accounting environment preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational ability
Comfortable handling confidential information
Excellent attendance and reliability
Professional and polished
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable interacting with clients in person and by phone
Able to manage multiple tasks during peak volume periods
