Mantak Chia’s You Tube channel currently has 250,000 subscribers, but we’re aiming to grow it to 1 million. We are looking for a dedicated team member to focus exclusively on developing and managing the channel, creating high-quality content, and driving growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Developing briefs for video production to ensure engaging, targeted content
- Editing and assembling video content for the channel
- Publishing videos with optimized titles, descriptions, and tags for maximum reach
- Creating briefs for video thumbnails and banners
- Analyzing channel performance and implementing strategies to increase subscribers and engagement
- Practical experience in video editing and You Tube channel growth
- Proven track record of working with You Tube channels of 100,000+ subscribers
- Strong video editing skills and proficiency with video editing software
- Deep understanding of You Tube algorithms, SEO for video content, and audience engagement strategies
- A passion for learning more about Taoist teachings and sharing this knowledge with a wider audience
