We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Event Staff Team as Ticket Booth Attendants. Whether it's concerts, festivals, fairs, or community events, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth entry and a great experience from the start.
What You'll Do
Greet guests warmly and professionally
Sell and look up tickets using our point-of-sale (POS) system
Answer guest questions about event schedules, pricing, and venue information
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Troubleshoot basic ticketing issues (wrong time, lost tickets, etc.)
Maintain a clean and organized ticket booth area
Follow safety and venue protocols
Assist with line management and crowd flow when needed

Requirements
Must be 16+ or 18+ depending on event requirements
Comfortable working in fast-paced and crowded environments
Basic computer or POS system skills
Friendly and professional demeanor

Reliable transportation to and from events
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous customer service or cashier experience is a plus, but not required
