- $100,000/year W2 salary with weekly pay; health, dental, and vision benefits begin day one
- On-site role at an Alpha campus:

Oklahoma City, OK;
Tulsa, OK;
Nashville, TN;

As a Guide, you oversee one cohort band—either K‑1 or 2‑3—and customize your approach, tempo, and workshops to fit that group. There are no lectures or worksheets. You spend half your day facilitating one‑hour life‑skills workshops focused on topics such as public speaking, concentration, and peer feedback. The remaining half of your day is spent in 1:1 sessions or small groups, analyzing Coachbot data, and guiding each student toward completing 100% of their weekly app objectives.
A successful quarter means every student completes their weekly app targets, passes the Test2
Pass for all life‑skills workshops, and 90%+ report that they love you.
- Facilitating one‑hour life‑skills workshops for groups of 10‑15 K‑3 students covering public speaking, concentration, feedback exchange, and other foundational competencies
- Conducting daily 1:1 and small‑group coaching sessions to maintain momentum toward weekly app targets, leveraging Coachbot analytics, Alpha's reward structures (school currency, leaderboards), and the individual rapport you establish with each child
- Delivering the Test2
Pass (Alpha's mastery assessment) for every life skill, and coaching students who don't pass on their first attempt until they achieve mastery - Engaging kindergarteners with songs, storytelling, physical activity, and humor, while maintaining rigorous, trackable expectations for second and third graders
- Serving as the warm, trusted adult children are excited to see each morning and the adult who won't allow them to settle for less than their best
- Delivering whiteboard lectures; academic content is delivered through the apps, not by you
- Developing curriculum from the ground up;
Alpha supplies the operational framework and you animate it - Passively monitoring kids on computers; motivation is active, individualized, and persistent
- Adjusting a weekly target downward to accommodate a child; the solution is to support the student, not lower the bar
- Grading assignments, facilitating standardized test preparation, or handling parent outreach;
Campus Leads manage parent communication, and the rest simply doesn't exist in this model
Guarantee that every student in your K‑3 cohort completes their weekly learning targets, achieves mastery in each life skill, and finishes the year reporting that they loved you.
