Electrical Field Coordinator / Field Designer
A growing engineering consulting firm is seeking an Electrical Field Coordinator / Field Designer to support facility assessments, field surveys, and engineering design efforts across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, and government projects.
Responsibilities include collecting field data on electrical systems, coordinating with engineering teams, and supporting project documentation and design activities. Limited HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection information gathering may also be required.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of experience in MEP consulting, facilities, or electrical systems
- Strong field investigation and documentation skills
- Ability to travel extensively (approximately 75% nationwide travel)
- All travel expenses and per diem covered
- Relocation assistance available
- Professional Engineering (PE) licensure support, including exam fees, licensing costs, and continuing education
