Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship required to obtain a DoD Secret clearance (must be active from day one).
What You Will Do- Act as the primary technical interface between Pratt & Whitney and all TF33 customers.
- Provide complete, timely responses to customer and FSR technical questions and track them in appropriate systems.
- Research technical issues, correct source data, and coordinate with program management and customers to implement solutions that improve engine safety and readiness.
- Support coordination and participate in company teams sent to customer locations for special inspections, data collection, and design evaluation.
- Prepare and present Maintenance Awareness Briefing (MAB) briefings to USAF and foreign military services (FMS).
- Drive integration across teams including the USAF, P&W Program Office, Contracts, Military Engines Finance, and various P&W Engineering organizations.
- Provide rapid responses to significant field events and address issues impacting aircraft and engine mission capability.
- Communicate daily with Field Service Engineers to troubleshoot engine and software issues, providing support for operational units, flight test locations, and aircraft depots.
- Provide support for other legacy engine programs in limited use.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience driving integration across teams including the USAF, P&W Program Office, Contracts, Military Engines Finance, and various P&W Engineering organizations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
- Familiarity with CORE tools and global trade requirements.
- Experience with engine systems operation.
- U.S. Military aircraft/engine maintenance experience (plus).
- Ability to develop and present material to cross‑functional teams and upper‑level management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in technical writing.
- Flexibility and strong organizational skills to handle urgent field requests.
- Occasional weekend and off‑hour support may be needed to support operational fleet and depot facilities.
Travel: 20‑30% required.
Salary Range: 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD (good faith estimate).
